Welcome to our page! My name is Laurel Cross, and I am a State Insurance Farm agent in Liberty, Missouri.

I have been with State Farm for 17 years, including five years as an agent team member before opening my agency in 2015. During that time, I essentially helped run the office where I worked, and I quickly realized how much I enjoyed helping people navigate their insurance needs. That experience inspired me to broaden my role and pursue becoming an agent. Today, I am in the office every day, working alongside my team to help policyholders with their questions and coverage needs. Customers have easy access to me and my team, and when you call our office, you'll reach a live person. If we're helping other customers when you call, we'll return your call the same business day.

We offer Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Personal Articles Insurance, Pet Insurance, Farm/Ranch Insurance, and Commercial Business Insurance. Our office is conveniently located in Liberty, Missouri, right across from the old Price Chopper and Sutherlands, and we proudly serve customers throughout Missouri and Kansas. All members of my office staff are licensed in Missouri and Kansas, and we also offer virtual appointments for added convenience.

Being a State Farm agent has truly been a dream come true. I love helping people, and it remains the most rewarding job I have ever had. I am grateful to work alongside a knowledgeable team that shares my passion for serving others. I have been fortunate to build this agency with two of my original employees still by my side, and together our team brings nearly 100 years of combined State Farm experience. In addition to helping customers with insurance, I stay active in the community by supporting a local Relay for Life team and sponsoring local sports and dance teams throughout the year.

When I'm away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog. I love music, play guitar, and sing in my church band. I'm also active in my church and enjoy painting, drawing, sidewalk chalk art, and cheering on my kids at their sporting events. And as an added bonus, you'll be greeted by our office dog, Maggie, who has become a favorite among many visitors.
