"Called and spoke with Jaime and she was enthusiastic and professionally aggressive. She wanted to--and did her best to--solve my insurance problem. And it was a complex problem that she confidently walked through. I'm still waiting on a quote, but I am confident that State Farm will provide a tenable solution. Turns out they are inflexible and unable to help elderly people. Changed to a one-star rating."

"As a retired American Family Insurance Agent I found a few years ago AF did not serve me well at my new zip code, so I took a shot at a long time rival State Farm. I elected to go with Laurel Cross's Agency. I have spoken to Laurel only once which is fine, but have worked with Jamie, Susan and now Taylor. In a poor customer service world we live in today I have found they are the best! Laurel has surrounded herself with a great team. Taylor is the newest member and seems to be on his game! Thanks guys and gals, you are great!"

"I contacted Laurel with concerns I had about my agent. She allowed me to express those concerns and advised me how to change agents. I asked if she would be interested in becoming my agent and assisting me moving forward with the claim, she accepted. I received an email the following day from my current agent saying Laurel declined my policy transfer. Not sure why she lied to me but I would be weary of doing business with someone like that"
